Eamonn is a multidisciplinary award-winning designer with a professional concentration on user experience and interface visual design. Eamonn has worked throughout his career in a variety of roles as a designer, art director, and creative director for national and international brands including the U.S. Army, Gannett, USA Today, The Detroit Free Press, WUSA9, PayPal, and Capital One. Eamonn’s most recent professional role as Creative Director for The Washington Post Product Design team allows him to pair his passion for digital experience design and the importance of journalism in today’s world. His work at The Post helps to continually progress the company’s transformation from a leader in print journalism, to a trusted news source on the web, mobile and other digital platforms.

Eamonn is also the founder and Creative Director of Convoy Skateboards, LTD – one of the longest running locally owned skateboard companies in the Washington, DC region that he founded in 2005. Convoy designs, manufactures and sells skateboards, skateboard wheels and apparel throughout the United States.

Eamonn received his BA in Digital Arts & Animation in 2005, and his MA in Graphic Design in 2012 from George Mason University. He has been an Adjunct Professor in the School of Art Graphic Design program since receiving his MA degree in 2012.
